Hi, I'm Ujjwal.

I'm an actor based in Pokhara, Nepal — eight years now across theater, film, and the odd commercial. I started with three straight months of drills at Garden Theatre: voice, movement, scene study, no shortcuts. That part stuck.

Since 2018 I've worked through Pokhara Theatre, Gurukul in Kathmandu, and now train and perform full-time at Hansadhwani Theatre Actor Studio. Along the way I picked up set design and lighting too, so I tend to read a script the way a director does, not only the way a character does.

I've played comic ensemble parts, a gambler-dancer-soldier triple role, a mental health outreach lead now performed at more than twenty schools, a manipulative screen antagonist, and a fearless CIA cop. Range isn't a talking point — it's just the job.
